Barbequed vegetable kebobs are a sumptuous summertime treat and are easy to prepare. Before threading vegetables onto bamboo skewers, soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes and position vegetables so that they just touch each other to ensure the wooden skewer won’t incinerate on the hot grill.
