Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Mother Earth's needs you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product you may return it for a refund or exchange. Refunds are possible with a valid receipt. Otherwise a store credit will be issued. Some restrictions may apply.

Special Orders
We would be happy to help you locate a product that we may not carry. Simply ask one of our helpful associates to fill out a special order form. Please be prepared with all of the information you can find about the product you are looking for and we will do whatever we can to get it for you!

10% off for purchasing a case!
When purchasing a case of any of the products in our stores we can offer a 10% discount. This discount may not be combined with any other discounts, including senior citizen discounts. Most of the time, cases must be special ordered and should be in within a few days.
