A: No problem, just let the cashier know when you check out and they can look up your card number. Q: What is the contact email I can use with questions about my rewards card?

A: Most likely your email address that we have on file is incorrect, email your rewards card number and the email address you would like us to use to rewards@motherearthstorehouse.com. Q. What browsers can I use to print out my rewards?
A. You may use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Q. My reward failed to print correctly and now I can't reprint it, what do I do?
A. Email your card number and the date of the reward that won't print to rewards@motherearthstorehouse.com and we will reset the print count for you.
